Given the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of Thanks Dad jewelry, all sales are final.

We strive to provide high quality, beautiful works of art and pride ourselves in our craft. If there are any issues with your order upon arrival please reach out and we will work with you to find a resolution.

Larger charms may not sit flat! Each listing includes a side profile of charm. This is to ensure customers have all the information they need to make an informed decision when shopping with us. Be sure to check all listing photos before purchasing as all sales are final.

Please make sure to double check your shipping information before checkout. Once your package is shipped we will not be able to update the address.

Processing time for orders typically ship within 3-10 business days however, it may take up to 3 weeks.

We are a very small business and appreciate your patience!

If you select expedited shipping (i.e. 1 day shipping) that is the time it will take for your package to arrive after it is shipped, not how long it will take for your order to be packed. Please contact us if you need your order expedited and we will do our best to accommodate!

We are happy to repair any Thanks Dad necklaces, chains, rings, and bracelets if possible! Additional fees may apply.

All of our jewelry is made using 14k Gold, 14k Gold-filled, and Sterling Silver.

• 14k Gold will not tarnish or change color.
• In most cases, 14k Gold-Filled will not tarnish or change color however, exposure to oils, perfumes, or other chemicals can result in damage to the metal.
• Sterling Silver will darken over time, as normal, and can be cleaned regularly with a soft cloth to maintain shine.
