Shipping policy

Processing time for orders typically ship within 3-10 business days however, it may take up to 3 weeks.

For all orders containing painted pearls, allow up to 6 weeks for completion as they are made to order.

If you select expedited shipping (i.e. 1 day shipping) that is the time it will take for your package to arrive after the carrier receives it, not how long it will take for your order to be packed. Please contact us if you need your order expedited and we will do our best to accommodate!
